To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria :

• Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers, if any.
• Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned.
• We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery, If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge ONLY IF YOUR PIN-CODE IS SERVICEABLE.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
• Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Please note, if any promotional / coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as coupon code. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.

• Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up or Pick up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:
